Please note that we are unable to offer elective services to guests visiting from the United States; however, if you are a U.S. resident in need of urgent medical care while in the city, please head directly to the nearest emergency room to ensure you get immediate attention.

Most Common Services Available to International Clients
Our General/Head & Neck Surgeon and Vascular Surgeon are available to provide expert clinical consultations and comprehensive second opinions within their respective specialties. To facilitate a precise diagnostic review and initiate the scheduling process, relevant diagnostic tastings or pathology or laboratory reports may be required.
International clients seeking diagnostic endoscopy services are required to undergo a prior surgical consultation with our specialist. To obtain further details regarding the consultation process, scheduling availability, or international patient support, please submit a formal inquiry to our clinic.
Our head & neck surgeon offers a comprehensive thyroid biopsy package encompassing an initial consultation, same-day procedure, and subsequent virtual or telephonic follow-up care. This straightforward, 15-minute procedure is performed safely without sedation, and we invite you to contact us directly with any further inquiries.
We provide a comprehensive range of advanced hemorrhoid treatments tailored for our international clientele, which strictly requires a prior surgical consultation and a proctosigmoidoscopy with our surgeon. Do you provide direct billing to insurance company?
The client needs to pay for their services upfront. Our office will provide receipts and all the doctor’s reports to the client. The client can choose to seek reimbursement from their insurance company. We highly recommend the client to speak to their insurance provider, prior making appointment at our clinic. Our clinic will not be responsible for any unsuccessful reimbursement.
The only situation where we can bill the insurance company directly is when the insurance company directly initiates the appointment booking and directly completes the appointment booking with our office, on the behalf of their client.
