We can see international clients when the international clients are already in Vancouver.

However, we cannot provide elective services to patients from the U.S. If the patient is from the U.S. and requires urgent medical assistance while in Vancouver, the patient should go to the nearest emergency.

The client needs to pay for their services upfront. Our office will provide receipts and all the doctor’s reports to the client. The client can choose to seek reimbursement from their insurance company. We highly recommend the client to speak to their insurance provider, prior making appointment at our clinic. Our clinic will not be responsible for any unsuccessful reimbursement.

The only situation where we can bill the insurance company directly is when the insurance company directly initiates the appointment booking and directly completes the appointment booking with our office, on the behalf of their client.
